Forest Care Selection are currently working with a unique charity delivering a variety of care and support services to individuals with a disability across the country.
This innovative provider is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee their supported living services in the Bristol area.
The Registered Manager in Bristol will:
• Oversee two supported living sites and ensure their continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee an established staff team and ensure appropriate supervisions and training and development is implemented to support the team.
• Rota creation and management and creation of care plans.
• Oversee the budget and financial management of the services.
The Registered Manager in Bristol will need:
• Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
• Experience or working within Learning Disability services.
• Leadership experience within a Social Care setting.
• Budget management experience.
