About Us

Forest Care Selection was founded to provide not just a transactional recruitment service but to partner with organisations assisting with peaks and troughs and their wider recruitment challenges. This is the aim of the founding directors who have experience of delivering volume recruitment campaigns, senior appointments and working with a variety of providers on hard to fill roles. This experience, generated over a combined 30 years’ recruiting for the Health and Social Care sector means our team can assist our customers to work to their budgets and provide bespoke Service Level Agreements to suit their recruitment challenges.
