Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative provider with operations across the South.

This provider is seeking a Nursing Home Manager for an established and Good rated home in the New Forest area.

The Nursing Home Manager in the New Forest will:
· Ensure the homes continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
· Lead an established staff team ensuring they are effectively trained and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of care.
· Ensure the home and staff provide the best levels of service to residents and families.
· Oversee occupancy levels and be responsible for the budget management of the home.
· Ensure robust audit and governance processes are in place.

The Nursing Home Manager in the New Forest will need to have:
· Experience of leading care and/or nursing home settings to Good outcomes with CQC.
· Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification.
· Ideally hold a nursing qualification but not essential.
· Effective communication and IT skills.
