Forest Care Selection are working in partnership with a forward-thinking care provider, that operates residential and supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex mental health needs.
This quality focused provider has a requirement for a Registered Manager to work within their established care service based in the Barking, East London area, which supports individuals with learning disabilities and complex mental health needs.
The Registered Manager in Barking, East London will be responsible for:
Managing over 1500 care hours per week and developing the service further.
Overseeing an established care team that delivers the highest standards of care to individuals with learning disabilities and MH.
Leading a multi-disciplinary team to provide the highest standards of Person-Centred care.
Ensuring the service is fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Overseeing the budget and financial management of the service.
The Registered Manager in Barking, East London will need:
A positive mindset and have a passion for supporting individuals with a Disability or complex needs.
Previous experience of managing over 1000 care hours per week
A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent
Experience of leading and motivating care teams as well
Experience of managing budgets and financial systems
Effective organisational and time management skills.
