Forest Care Selection are working in partnership with a large national charitable provider, that operate specialist services for adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and complex care needs.

This provider has an opportunity for a Registered Manager to oversee their specialist care and supported living service based in Farnham, Surrey. The service supports adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities and has been rated as good with the CQC.

The Registered Manager in Farnham, Surrey will:
• Oversee the running of this established service and ensure its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Supervision and development of an established staff team.
• Implement systems and procedures designed to achieve positive outcomes for individuals with a disability.
• Oversee the financial management of the service.
• Liaise effectively with all external stakeholders.

The Registered Manager in Farnham, Surrey will need to have:
• Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent.
• Experience of budgetary management.
• Experience of leading care teams in Learning Disability settings.
• Excellent communication skills.
