Forest Care Selection are currently supporting a unique provider of a range of supported living and semi-independent accommodation services.
This provider is seeking to develop their domiciliary care provision and are seeking a registered manager to work with the senior leadership team in commissioning the service.
The Care Manager in Croydon will:
• Oversee a team of care/support workers and ensure they are effectively deployed, trained and motivated to deliver the highest standards of care.
• Ensure the services compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Work with the senior management team to complete registration for the service.
• Manage the budget for the service.
• Support in the continued development of the service and promote to a variety of stakeholders.
The Care Manager in Croydon will need:
• Previous experience of holding registration for a domiciliary care service.
• Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
• Motivation to establish a new service.
