Forest Care Selection are currently working with an established provider of residential care and nursing homes.
This innovative provider is seeking a Care Home Manager to oversee a medium size residential care home in Lincoln.
The Care Home Manager in Lincoln will:
- Oversee the running of an established residential care home and ensure its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee an established care and ancillary team and ensure they are effectively trained, motivated, and resourced to deliver the very highest standards of care.
The Care Home Manager in Lincoln will need:
- Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Experience of managing residential care homes for the Elderly.
- Track record in driving improvements in compliancy and occupancy.
