Forest Care Selection are currently working with an independent care home provider with services based across the South.
This provider is seeking a Care Home Manager for an established, and Good rated residential home based in Sandown, Isle of Wight area.
The Care Home Manager in Sandown will:
· Ensure the homes continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
· Lead an established staff team ensuring they are effectively trained and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of care.
· Ensure the home and staff provide the best levels of service to residents and families.
· Oversee occupancy levels and be responsible for the budget management of the home.
· Ensure robust audit and governance processes are in place.
The Care Home Manager in Sandown will need to have:
· Experience of leading care and/or nursing home settings to Good outcomes with CQC.
· Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification.
· Effective communication and IT skills.
