Forest Care Selection are currently working with a unique provider of housing and care with operations across the country.
This provider is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee their purpose-built extra care service based in Totnes, Devon. This position is initially for a 6 month fixed term contract, but could turn into a permanent opportunity.

The Registered Manager in Totnes, Devon will:
• Oversee a unique extra care service based in Totnes, Devon and ensure its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the service is adequately staffed and to be on call when required for emergency cover.
• Oversee the budget for the service and ensure this is controlled.
• Ensure care plans and systems are up to date and effective through effective auditing of services.

The Registered Manager in Totnes, Devon will need:
• Experience of holding registration for an older person’s service, either residential or extra care.
• Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification
• To be able to work flexibly as required and in line with the needs of the service.
