Forest Care Selection are working in partnership with a national care provider, that operate a number of specialist hospitals and care homes across the country. Their services cater for adults with a wide range of requirements, including mental health conditions, acquired brain injuries and specialist conditions.
They have an exciting job opportunity for a Registered Manager to join their specialist community based service based in the Grimsby area.
This service provides support and care to individuals with a Learning Disability, Autism and Mental Health needs and provides person centred care and support to develop independence and support recovery.
The Registered Manager based in Grimsby will be responsible for:
• Overseeing the running of this established specialist service and reporting into the Regional Operations Lead.
• Ensuring the services continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Developing the service and ensuring its promoted and marketed effectively to achieve the required occupancy levels.
• Leading a team of specialised clinical professionals and ensuring they continue to deliver the very highest standards of support to clients.
• Overseeing the budget and expenditure for the service with the support of the senior management team.
• Oversee and develop an established MDT.
To be considered for the Registered Manager position, you will need:
• A nursing qualification (RMN) with an active NMC PIN
• Experience of working with adults with a Learning Disability or Mental Health needs in a similar setting.
• Established registered management experience.
• The ability to lead a specialised team of professionals.
• A detailed understanding of statutory regulations
• Ability to manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
