Forest Care Selection are currently supporting a leading Older Persons charity who operate a range of residential care and nursing homes for the elderly across the country.
This innovative and quality focused provider are seeking a Deputy Manager (RGN) to work within their specialist nursing home based in Windsor, Berkshire.
The Deputy Manager (RGN) in Windsor, Berkshire will:
• Oversee the nursing and care team and ensure the team are effectively trained motivated and resourced to deliver the highest standards of care.
• Perform staff reviews, supervisions, and appraisals.
• Work in partnership with the senior management team in ensuring that the service meets its statutory requirements.
• Work on the floor to demonstrate the highest standards of care.
The Deputy Manager (RGN) in Windsor, Berkshire will need:
• A nursing qualification with an active PIN.
• Experience of leading care and nursing teams in a Health or Social Care setting.
• Experience of working with elderly clients with old age and Dementia.
• Current DBS with the update service, not essential.
