Forest Care Selection are currently supporting a leading Older Persons charity who operate a range of residential care and nursing homes for the elderly across the country.

This innovative and quality focused provider are seeking a Home Manager to work within their specialist nursing home based in Barnes, South London.

The Home Manager in Barnes, South London will:
• Oversee the nursing and care team and ensure the team are effectively trained motivated and resourced to deliver the highest standards of care.
• Perform staff reviews, supervisions, and appraisals.
• Work in partnership with the senior management team in ensuring that the service meets its statutory requirements.
• Drive performance at the home and ensure it meets its financial objectives.
• Lead the staffing team across the home and deal with any daily issues that may arise.

The Home Manager in Barnes, South London will need:
• Previous care home management experience
• Knowledge of and exposure to CQC inspections
• Substantial knowledge and experience of person centered care
• Experience of working with elderly clients with old age and Dementia.
