Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative provider of care and nursing homes with operations across the South and developing into a variety of locations.

This provider is seeking a Regional Support Manager to support home managers and care and nursing teams across their portfolio of homes in North Somerset and Bristol.

The Regional Support Manager will:
• Work with home managers across a variety of sites to assist in special projects and the development of the homes and care and nursing teams.
• Support and induct new managers and other leadership roles.
• Work with the care and nursing teams within the sites to consistently improve the standards of care.
• Support with the clinical governance and audits in the homes.
• Deliver training and development to the care and nursing teams.

The Regional Support Manager will need to have:
• Experience of managing care and nursing home settings.
• Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification is preferred.
• Hold a nursing qualification (RGN/RMN) with active PIN.
• Good clinical knowledge and experience of leading and developing nursing teams.
• Effective communication and IT skills.
• Ability to work under their own autonomy with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to drive across locations in North Somerset and Bristol.
