REF 27738 – REGISTERED MANAGER – SOUTHAMPTON AREA – LEARNING DISABILITY SERVICE – RESIDENTIAL CARE - £UP TO 47,000 (NEGOTIABLE)
Forest Care Selection are currently supporting a leading provider of residential care and nursing services, to individuals with a Learning Disability and Autism.

This established provider is seeking a Registered Manager for their established service based in the Southampton area. The Registered Manager in Southampton will lead an established staff team and be pivotal in the further development of this service.

The Registered Manager in Southampton will:
- Oversee the running of this established service and ensure its compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Work on developing improvements to the service and ensure the staff team have all resources to deliver the very highest standards of care.
- Oversee the budget for the home and ensure this is inline with agreed objectives.

The Registered Manager in Southampton will need:
- Significant experience in leading registered care services for individuals with a Learning Disability and Autism.
- Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Experience of developing homes to Good ratings with CQC.
