DEPUTY MANAGER – AMESBURY, WILTSHIRE - £CIRCA 50K
Forest Care Selection are currently supporting a regional care provider, who operate residential care and nursing homes for elderly clients with old age and Dementia.
This quality focused provider is seeking a Deputy Manager to work within their specialist nursing home based in the Amesbury, Wiltshire area.
The Deputy Manager in Amesbury, Wiltshire will:
• Oversee the nursing and care team and ensure the team are effectively trained motivated and resourced to deliver the highest standards of care.
• Perform staff reviews, supervisions, and appraisals.
• Work in partnership with the senior management team in ensuring that the service meets its statutory requirements.
• Work on the floor to demonstrate the highest standards of care.
• Get supernumerary time during shift time.
The Deputy Manager in Amesbury, Wiltshire will need:
• A nursing qualification with an active PIN.
• Experience of leading care and nursing teams in a Health or Social Care setting.
• Experience of working with elderly clients with old age and Dementia.
• Current DBS with the update service, but not essential.
• Flexibility to work 3 shifts during the week, based on 8am – 8pm.
