Forest Care Selection are working in partnership with a leading national care provider, who support adults with various specialist conditions. They operate a number of services across the country including residential, nursing and rehabilitation services for adults with a range of needs, including acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities, complex physical disabilities and individuals with autism.
This quality focused provider has a requirement for a Registered Manager to work within their good rated established rehabilitation service, based in the Rochdale, Greater Manchester area. The service provides specialist rehabilitation care to adults with neurological or complex physical disabilities.
The Registered Manager in Rochdale, Greater Manchester will:
Oversee a team delivering the highest standards of care to individuals with specialist requirements.
Lead an established care team to provide the highest standards of Person-Centred care.
Ensure the service is fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the budget and financial management of the service and work with commissioners and referrers to promote and further develop this unique service.
The Registered Manager in Rochdale, Greater Manchester will need:
A proven track record of managing a high-quality residential care service.
An NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent
Experience of leading and motivating care teams
Experience of managing budgets and financial systems
Effective organisational and time management skills
