Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative housing and care provider with operations across England.
This provider is seeking an Interim Peripatetic Manager to work across their Learning Disability and Mental Health services across the West Midlands.
The Peripatetic Manager in the West Midlands will:
• Report to the Head of Service and will work with a variety of registered managers and local leadership teams to support in the improvement and development of services.
• Provide a caretaker management service where required.
• Work with local leadership teams to identify and support in compliancy, occupancy, budget management and staff development.
• Work on a variety of projects on the direction of the Head of Service.
The Peripatetic Manager in the West Midlands will need:
• Experience of leading residential care homes for individuals with a Learning Disability or Mental Health diagnosis and holding registration for these services.
• Experience of developing services to Good ratings with CQC.
• Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
• Budgetary and financial management skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
The successful candidate will enjoy an ongoing assignment and a negotiable daily or hourly rate depending on experience.
