Forest Care Selection are currently supporting a unique charitable provider of a range of residential care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability and sensory loss.

This innovative and quality focused organisation has an opportunity for a Registered Manager to oversee two of their specialist services in the Seaford area.

The Registered Manager in Seaford will:
• Oversee two specialist services and ensure their continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Lead an established staff team ensuring they are fully resourced, trained, and motivated to deliver the highest standards of person-centred care.
• Oversee the management of medication for the services.
• Be responsible for the budget and financial management of the services.
• Oversee staff rotas and care planning for the services.

The Registered Manager in Seaford will need:
• Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
• Leadership and registered management experience within Learning Disability services.
• Excellent leadership skills that create high performing and engaged teams.
