Forest Care Selection are currently working with a unique 3rd sector provider of residential care and nursing homes across the Southwest.

This innovative provider is seeking a Deputy Manager for their Good rated and well established care and nursing home in the Bromsgrove area.

The Deputy Manager in Bromsgrove will:
• Assist in the running of the home and ensure its continued compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the clinical, care and ancillary staff teams ensuring they are effectively trained and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of person centred care.
• Deputise for the home manager and oversee the home in their absence.

The Deputy Manager in Bromsgrove will need:
• Hold nursing qualification and active PIN.
• Experience of leading care and nursing teams at a deputy manager or clinical lead/senior nurse level.
• Experience of working within Elderly care settings.
