Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading care and support provider.
This innovative provider is seeking an Interim Manager to oversee one of their residential care services in the South London area.
The Interim Manager will:
• Oversee the running of the home and work through an existing improvement plan.
• Hold registration for the service for an interim period.
• Support and develop the established care and support team to provide the highest standards of person-centred care.
The Interim Manager will need:
• Experience of developing residential care settings to Good ratings.
• Working through improvement plans and extensive leadership experience.
• Experience of overseeing Learning Disability services.
• Be registered on the DBS Update Service and available to start promptly.
The successful candidate will enjoy a range of benefits including:
• Daily rate of £250-350 per day (Inside IR35).
• Initial 3-month contract with scope to extend.
