Forest Care Selection are currently working in partnership with a national care provider who operate residential and nursing care settings, to adults with acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities, complex physical disabilities, and individuals with Autism. This quality focused provider has a requirement for a Home Manager to oversee two Good rated residential services based in Caversham, Reading.
The Home Manager Reading, Berkshire will be responsible for:
• Overseeing a team to continue delivering the highest standards of care to individuals with a learning or physical disability.
• Leading an established care team to provide the highest standards of Person-Centred care.
• Ensuring the service is fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Overseeing the budget and financial management of the service and work with commissioners and referrers to promote and further develop this unique service.
The Home Manager in Reading, Berkshire will need:
• A solid track record of managing a high-quality residential care service.
• A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent
• Experience of leading and motivating care teams
• Experience of managing budgets and financial systems
• Effective organisational and time management skills
