Forest Care Selection is working in partnership with a leading national charity, that supports adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex care needs. They operate various specialist services across the country and require an Interim Deputy Manager to work at their established nursing service for 3-6 months, based in the Norwich, Norfolk area.

The Interim Deputy Manager based in Norwich will be responsible for:
• Working alongside the current home manager to implement new clinical processes and procedures, with an aim to improve the overall standards in line with CQC regulations.
• Participating in the recruitment of staff and performance management.
• Working in partnership with the Registered Manager to ensure the highest quality of care and nursing is delivered.
• Leading the care and nursing team.
• Coordinating the structure of day-to-day nursing care.
• Supporting nursing staff in collating information, analysis and action plans.
• Deputising in the Registered Managers absence.

The Interim Deputy Manager based in Norwich will require:
• Significant experience of leading nursing and care teams and be able to demonstrate a calm leadership approach.
• Experience of working in nursing home settings with individuals with complex disabilities.
• Clinical governance and quality improvement skills.
• Nursing qualification with active PIN.
• Flexibility to work around the needs of the service.
• A DBS with the update service and able to start at short notice.

In return the successful candidate will receive a daily rate up to £350 per day and the opportunity to work for a reputable charity on a 3–6-month contract.
