Forest Care Selection are supporting a unique charity that delivers a variety of residential care, supported living and wider support services to individuals with a Learning Disability.
This unique provider is seeking a Team Leader to work in their services in the Chipping Norton area supporting individuals with a variety of care and support needs.
The Team Leader in Chipping Norton will:
• Provide leadership to a team of Support Workers.
• Provide direct care and support.
• Empower the people this innovative organisation supports to live the lives they want to lead.
• Ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered.
The Team Leader in Chipping Norton will need:
• Level 3 Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.
• Experience of working with individuals with a Learning Disability.
• Experience of leading a care or support team.
• Hold full driving license and access to a vehicle.
