Forest Care Selection are currently working with a unique charity established to deliver a range of care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability or Autism across Birmingham.

This innovative organisation is seeking a Peripatetic Manager to join their established leadership team and support registered managers to ensure the high standards of the organisation are maintained in their residential care settings and to assist in the covering of any absent manager.

The Peripatetic Manager in Birmingham will:
• Support in services where extra support is needed or to cover managers absence.
• Manage day to day operations of the homes.
• Ensure the services continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the highest standards of person centred care are delivered.

The Peripatetic Manager in Birmingham will need:
• Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
• Leadership experience in Learning Disability/Autism services at registered management or deputy management level.
• Willingness to work flexibly across a 7 day week with sleep ins required.
