REGISTERED GENERAL MANAGER – MALVERN, WORCESTERSHIRE - CIRCA 60K + EXTENSIVE BENEFITS
Forest Care Selection are currently working in partnership, with an established charitable organisation that operates residential, nursing and day centres for elderly clients with old age and Dementia.
They have a new job opportunity for a Registered General Manager to join their ‘good’ rated home based in the Malvern, Worcestershire area. The home is set in beautiful gardens, overlooking the Malvern Hills, and is split into 3 separate units offering a range of residential & nursing care.
The Registered General Manager in Malvern, Worcestershire will be responsible for:
Overseeing the running of this established service and reporting into the director of operations.
Ensuring the services continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Developing the service and ensuring its promoted and marketed effectively to achieve the required occupancy levels.
Building relationships with external partners and raising the profile within the local community.
Holding the registration for the service and line managing the 3-unit managers.
Health and Safety across the site.
To be considered for the Registered General Manager position, you will need:
Experience of working with elderly clients with old age and Dementia, or in a similar setting.
Experience of holding CQC registration in a similar specialist setting.
The ability to lead a specialised team of professionals.
Ability to manage the budget and finances across the site.
Experience of driving occupancy levels, marketing homes and building relationships within the local community.
Ability to meet company targets and deliver business objectives.
In return the Registered General Manager will be rewarded with a salary of Circa 60K + Benefits, which includes company pension, generous annual leave, and leisure/restaurant discounts.
