UNIT MANAGER – MALVERN, WORCESTERSHIRE - CIRCA 45K + EXTENSIVE BENEFITS
Forest Care Selection are currently working in partnership, with an established charitable organisation that operates residential, nursing and day centres for elderly clients with old age and Dementia.
They have a new job opportunity for a Unit Manager (RN) to join their ‘good’ rated home based in the Malvern, Worcestershire area. The home is set in beautiful gardens, overlooking the Malvern Hills, and is split into 3 separate units offering a range of residential & nursing care.
The Unit Manager (RN) in Malvern, Worcestershire will:
Oversee an existing care and nursing team and lead them to deliver the highest standards of care.
Work in partnership with other unit managers and the senior leadership team.
Be responsible for the overall management of the unit and ensure staffing targets are met.
Oversee the planning, organising and development of the unit in line with CQC regulations.
Ensure each staff member has the appropriate induction, including competency assessments and that all mandatory training is completed within the specified timescales.
The Unit Manager (RN) in Malvern, Worcestershire will need:
Experience of supervising and leading nursing and care teams and be nurse qualified with an active NMC PIN.
The ability to work closely as a senior management team.
A good working knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
Passion in delivering exceptional levels of care to elderly clients with old age and Dementia.
