Forest Care Selection are currently working with a care provider delivering a variety of care and support services to individual with a Learning Disability or Autism.
This provider is seeking an Interim Manager to support a service for an initial 3-month period.
The Interim Manager in Northamptonshire will:
• Oversee the running of the service on an interim basis and develop and support the existing staff team.
• Work on an established development plan and focus on projects set by the senior management team.
The Interim Manager in Northamptonshire will need:
• Experience of leading and holding registration for Learning Disability services
• Prompt availability and a DBS registered with the DBS Update Service
• Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
The successful candidate will enjoy a daily rate of £250 – 300 per day and an initial 3-month contract.
