Forest Care Selection are currently working with a provider of care and nursing homes across England.
This provider is seeking a Home Manager to oversee their established care and nursing home in Somerset.
The Home Manager in Somerset will:
• Oversee the running of this well-established care and nursing home and ensure its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee a large nursing, care and ancillary team and ensure they are appropriately trained and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of care and service.
• Oversee the budget for the home and ensure the home is operating at required occupancy levels.
The Home Manager in Somerset will need:
• Experience of leading care and nursing home settings and developing these to Good ratings.
• Ideally be nurse qualified though candidates with lapsed PIN or non-nurse managers with nursing home management experience will be considered.
• Budgetary management experience.
The successful candidate will enjoy a base salary of £70-75k + Bonus and career progression opportunities.
