Forest Care Selection are currently supporting a leading provider of residential, nursing, dementia, and specialist care for a variety of ages across the Southeast.
This innovative quality focused provider is seeking a Deputy Manager RGN for their established residential care and nursing home set in the Borehamwood area. The home offers a range of specialist care and nursing services and is Good rated.
The Deputy Manager RGN in Borehamwood will:
• Assist the home manager in the running of the home and support in ensuring its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the highest quality of care is provided to residents and their families.
The Deputy Manager RGN in Borehamwood will need to have:
• Nurse management experience and experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience of working with the Elderly and individuals with Dementia and ideally within a care and nursing home setting.
• An effective calm leadership style and hold relevant leadership and management qualification Level 5 or equivalent.
• Hold a general nursing qualification with active PIN.
In return the successful candidate will enjoy a healthy and negotiable base salary up to £60,000 per annum plus a range of additional benefits in line with a provider of this type.
