Forest Care Selection is working in partnership with a regional children’s provider, who offer specialist residential services to a range of children with emotional and behaviour difficulties. They’re looking to recruit a Support Worker (Children) for their established residential service based in Leicester.

The Support Worker based in Leicester will work with young people in a residential care setting, ensuring that there is a safe and caring environment delivered in line with Ofsted Regulations.

The Support Worker based in Leicester will work closely with the young people, supporting them with various activities including attending appointments, education and generally promoting their independence.

Applicants wishing to apply for the Support Worker vacancy, will need to have the following:
• Level 2/3 in Residential Childcare
• Previous experience of working with young people
• Positive attitude
• Empathetic
• Passion for supporting young people.
• Full driving licence
