Forest Care Selection are currently working with a unique care and support provider with operations across Somerset.

This provider is seeking a Care Home Manager for their well established and Good rated care home in the Mendip Hills area of Somerset.

The Care Home Manager will:
- Oversee the running of the home and ensure its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee an established staff and ensure they are effectively trained, resourced, and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of care.
- Oversee the budget for the home and ensure occupancy levels are maintained.
- Promote the home and ensure excellent relationships with all stakeholders.

The Care Home Manager will need:
- Experience of overseeing a residential care home for the Elderly or individuals with Dementia.
- Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent or willingness to work towards.
- Experience of care delivery and leading care teams.
