Forest Care Selection are currently working with a unique provider of residential childcare and education settings across England.

This unique provider is seeking a Children Home Manager for their specialist residential childcare setting for children with a Learning Disability in the Leicester area.

The Children Home Manager in Leicester will:
• Manage an established service and ensure the homes continued safe and supportive environment for children to achieve positive outcomes.
• Ensure the homes continued compliance with the Children Home Regulations and ensure the home is always able to evidence a high standard of care and quality.
• Lead an established team and ensure they are effectively motivated and resourced whilst creating a fantastic workplace culture.
The Children Home Manager will need:
• Level 3 Children and Young People diploma or Level 5 QCF.
• Experience of working with Children or Adults with a Learning Disability
• Experience of managing OFSTED regulated services to a Good rating.
The successful candidate will enjoy:
