REGISTERED MANAGER – HORLEY, SURREY – CIRCA 40K
Forest Care Selection are currently working with a regional care provider, who deliver a variety of care and support services, to individuals with a disability, across the Surrey area.

They have an exciting job opportunity for a Supported Living Manager, to work across 3 sites based in the Horley, Surrey area, which supports adults with learning disabilities, Autism and challenging behaviour.

The Registered Manager in Horley, Surrey will:
• Oversee three supported living sites in close proximity, ensuring their continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee an established staff team and ensure appropriate supervisions and training and development is implemented to support the team.
• Rota creation and management and creation of care plans.
• Carry out regular audits for the 3 sites and be able to implement an improvement plan if required.
• Oversee the budget and financial management of the services.

The Registered Manager in Horley, Surrey will need:
• Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
• Experience or working within Learning Disability services.
• Leadership experience within a Social Care setting.
• Budget management experience.
