Forest Care Selection are currently working with a unique care and support provider with operations across Somerset.
This provider is seeking a Deputy Care Home Manager for their well established and Good rated care and nursing home in the Bridgwater area.
The Deputy Manager in Bridgwater will:
- Assist in the running of this well-established care home and deputise for the home manager.
- Lead the care team and work alongside them to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered.
- Oversee and administer medication.
- Be responsible for resident care and liaise with families and health professionals.
The Deputy Manager in Bridgwater will need:
- Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Experience of leading care teams.
- Flexible with the ability to work across a shift pattern.
