Forest Care Selection are currently supporting regional provider of high quality care and nursing homes across the South East.
This provider is seeking a Deputy Manager for their Good rated and well established care and nursing home in the Southampton area.
The Deputy Manager in Southampton will:
• Work within an established and Good rated home leading the care and nursing team and deputising for the Home Manager.
• Take the lead for the Dementia strategy and Gold Standards Framework as well as clinical auditing for the home.
The Deputy Manager in Southampton will need:
• Nursing qualification with active PIN.
• In-depth knowledge of CQC requirements and standards.
• Knowledge of the Gold Standard framework.
• Leadership experience in a care and nursing home setting
