Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading care and support provider delivering a variety of services across the country.

This innovative provider has a unique opportunity for a registered manager/home manager for their small specialist and Good rated nursing home in the Cambridgeshire area.

The service is purpose built and has an established staff team and full occupancy.

The registered manager in Cambridgeshire will:
• Oversee the running of an established complex care service and ensure its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop an established and motivated multi-disciplinary staff team and ensure they are effectively resourced to provide the very highest standards of care.
• Ensure the continuation of this services high performance including Good rating and reputation.

The registered manager in Cambridgeshire will need:
• RGN qualification with active PIN.
• Leadership experience in a care and nursing home or Healthcare setting with experience of overseeing a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience of holding registration for a care and nursing home setting although deputy managers will be considered.
