Forest Care Selection are currently supporting a leading provider of domiciliary care and support services with operations across the country.

This provider is seeking a Care Coordinator due to the continued growth of the branch, and this is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Care Worker to progress into a coordinator role with a wealth of support and training available.

The Care Coordinator in Chingford will:
- Work with the operations manager and team to ensure home care operations have outstanding compliance.
- Coordinating care delivery for services users in a person-centred approach.
- Rota management.
- Monitoring of attendance and punctuality across the delivery team.
- Coaching and mentoring care staff.
- Be part of the on-call rota and paid a premium.

The Care Coordinator in Chingford will need:
- Experience of working in a domiciliary care setting as a coordinator or senior carer.
- To be able to use a CRM.
- Supervisory skills
