Forest Care Selection are currently working with a unique homecare business that delivers a variety of care and nursing services. This well established and quality focused organisation is seeking a senior registered manager to work with the MD to develop the business and grow their existing service lines.

The Senior Registered Manager will:
- Hold registration for this established homecare business and oversee its various service lines.
- Work with the MD to develop and grow the business through its existing service lines and new business opportunities.
- Oversee an established staff team and ensure they effectively resourced, trained and developed to deliver the highest levels of person-centred care.
- Oversee the budget for the services with the support of the MD.

The Senior Registered Manager will need:
- Extensive experience in domiciliary care settings an ideally at a senior management/operational management level.
- To be able to work hands on and develop the business and work across multiple service lines.
- Experience of holding registration for domiciliary care settings and ideally settings that deliver nursing care as well.
- Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification.
- Excellent commercial and budget management skills.
