Forest Care Selection are currently working in partnership with a forward-thinking third sector provider of community based and residential care settings to adults with acquired brain injury, learning disabilities, complex physical disabilities, and individuals with autism.

This quality focused provider has a requirement for a Team Leader to work within their established residential care service for individuals with a Physical Disability.

The Care team Leader in Nottingham duties will include:
• Oversee a team of Support Workers and lead, develop and support them to deliver the very highest standards of care and support.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
• Assist in leading on quality and compliance through internal audits.
• Contribute to collating information in regard to incidents/accidents or safeguarding.

The Registered Manager in Nottingham will need:
• Supervisory experience within a care/support environment.
• A Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent.
