Forest Care Selection are currently working with a small provider of care and nursing homes.
This provider is seeking a Home Manager to oversee their established care and nursing home in South Somerset area.
The Home Manager in Somerset will:
• Oversee the running of this well-established care and nursing home and ensure its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee a large nursing, care and ancillary team and ensure they are appropriately trained and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of care and service.
• Oversee the budget for the home and ensure the home is operating at required occupancy levels.
The Home Manager in Somerset will need:
• Experience of leading care and nursing home settings and developing these to Good ratings and driving commercial improvements.
• Budgetary management experience.
• Experience of overseeing large staff teams.
The successful candidate will enjoy a base salary of £68-75k + Bonus and career progression opportunities.
