REGISTERED MANAGER – BASFORD, NOTTINGHAM - £30K– GOOD RATED SERVICE
Forest Care Selection is currently working in partnership with a national care provider of community-based and residential care settings, for adults with learning disabilities, complex physical disabilities and individuals with autism.
This quality-focused provider has a requirement for a Registered Manager to oversee their established Good-rated service based in the Basford, Nottingham area.
The Registered Manager in Basford, Nottingham duties will include:
• Overseeing a team delivering the highest standards of care to Adults with a Learning Disability and individuals with Autism.
• Ensuring the services' continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Leading a team of Care and Support Workers to provide the highest standards of Person-Centred care.
• Budgetary and financial management and oversight of the services.
• Liaising effectively with external stakeholders and promoting the services to commissioners.
The Registered Manager in Basford, Nottingham will require:
• A positive mindset and a passion for supporting individuals with a Disability.
• A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent
• To have previous experience in leading and motivating care teams.
Successful candidates will enjoy a base salary of £30K per annum and additional company benefits.
