REGISTERED CARE MANAGER – HIGH WYCOMBE, BUCKS AREA - £45,000 – ESTABLISHED BRANCH
Forest Care Selection is currently seeking a Registered Care Manager for an established community and live-in care service based in the High Wycombe, Bucks area.
This role will oversee an established branch and staff team delivering specialist care and support services to elderly clients with old age and dementia, across the Buckinghamshire area.
The Registered Care Manager in High Wycombe, Bucks will:
• Oversee the running of an established service ensuring its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, recruitment, training and administration.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with a variety of local stakeholders and families.
• Ensure effective auditing across the service to continue to drive improvements.
• Continue to grow their care packages and develop their live-in care provision.
The Registered Care Manager in High Wycombe, Bucks will need:
• Experience in holding registration for domiciliary care or supported living services.
• Experience in developing services to Good ratings and managing large staff teams.
• Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification
• Previous experience managing a franchise business, preferred but not essential.
