Forest Care Selection is currently working in partnership with a regional charity, based in Surrey, which offers specialist support to adults with physical disabilities and Acquired Brain Injuries.
This quality-focused provider requires a Registered Manager to oversee and develop their purpose-built rehabilitation centre based in the Leatherhead, Surrey area.
The Registered Manager in Leatherhead, Surrey will:
• Oversee a team delivering the highest standards of care to individuals with acquired brain injuries and specialist complex needs.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide the highest standards of Person-Centred care.
• Ensuring the service is fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the budget and financial management of the service.
• Market the service to a range of commissioners and referrers.
The Registered Manager in Leatherhead, Surrey will need:
• A positive mindset and a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities through their rehabilitation journey.
• A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent
• Nursing qualification with an active PIN is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in leading and motivating care and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in managing budgets and financial systems.
• Effective organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of legislation and statutory requirements.
