Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative care and nursing home provider with operations across England and with a unique model of care.
This provider is seeking an Acquisitions Director to lead on the development of their portfolio and focus on identifying suitable acquisition targets (single sites or groups) for the organisations continued growth.
The Acquisitions Director will work with the CEO and will be responsible for the property elements of acquisitions from identification of opportunities through the postholders established agent network and proactive identification to site inspections, SWOT, appraisal/planning review to negotiation with vendors and due diligence and the legal process.
The Acquisitions Director in Guildford will need:
• An active network of agents and advisors
• ARGUS appraisal or similar
• Degree level educated in relevant discipline
• Ideally MRICS or equivalent or with an extensive background in Adult Social Care
• Full driving license and ability to travel across the UK.
• Effective communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Effective IT skills including MS Office.
• Project management skills.
