Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative provider of care and nursing homes with operations across the South and developing into a variety of locations.

This provider is seeking an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper to assist in the Finance Manager with the financial management of a unique collection of care services.

The Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper in Winterbourne will:
• Enter purchase invoices and reconcile against statements.
• Work on bank reconciliations.
• Assist with sales ledger as required.
• Undertake elements of credit control.
• Maintain various spreadsheets and general administration.

The Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper in Winterbourne will need:
• Experience of Sage Line 50 and AAT to level 4 preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including SharePoint.
• Through knowledge of Sage and Sage Payroll.
• Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to new processes.
• The ability to build a good rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the Health/Social Care sectors preferred though not essential.
