Forest Care Selection are currently supporting an innovative provider of luxury residential care settings.

This provider is seeking a Deputy Manager for their established purpose built residential care home in the Salisbury area.

The Deputy Care Home Manager in Salisbury will:
• Deputise for the home manager and ensure legal and regulatory requirements are met as well as the high standards set within the home.
• Developing and reviewing care plans.
• Oversight of the delivery of care to residents and ensure this of the very highest standard and person centred.
• Assist in the training and development of the staff team.

The Deputy Care Home Manager will need:
• Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent and ideally Level 5 or willingness to work towards.
• Extensive experience as a Deputy Manager within a residential care home for the Elderly.
