Forest Care Selection are currently working in partnership with an independent care provider, that operates residential homes for elderly clients, based in the Hampshire area. This provider is seeking a Care Home Manager for an established Good rated residential home based in the Petersfield, Hampshire area.
The Care Home Manager in Petersfield, Hampshire will:
Ensure the homes continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Lead an established staff team ensuring they are effectively trained and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of care.
Ensure the home and staff provide the best levels of service to residents and families.
Oversee occupancy levels and be responsible for the budget management of the home.
Ensure robust audit and governance processes are in place.
The Care Home Manager in Petersfield, Hampshire will need to have:
Experience in leading care and/or nursing home settings to good outcomes with CQC.
Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification.
Effective communication and IT skills.
The Care Home Manager in Petersfield, Hampshire will receive a competitive base salary to £43k and company benefits, including pension.
