Forest Care Selection is currently working in partnership, with an established charitable organisation that operates residential, nursing and day centres for elderly clients with old age and Dementia. They have a new job opportunity for a Registered General Manager to join their ‘good’ rated home based in the Cheltenham, Gloucestershire area. The home is purpose-built and offers first-class residential care to residents.
The Registered General Manager in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire will be responsible for:
Overseeing the running of this established service and reporting to the director of operations.
Ensuring the services continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Developing the service and ensuring it is promoted and marketed effectively to achieve the required occupancy levels.
Building relationships with external partners and raising the profile within the local community.
Holding the registration for the service
Health and Safety across the site.
To be considered for the Registered General Manager position, you will need:
Experience working with elderly clients with old age and Dementia, or in a similar setting.
Experience in holding CQC registration in a similar specialist setting.
The ability to lead a specialised team of professionals.
Ability to manage the budget and finances across the site.
Experience in driving occupancy levels, marketing homes and building relationships within the local community.
Ability to meet company targets and deliver business objectives.
