COMMUNITY TEAM LEADER – ROSS ON WYE, HEREFORDSHIRE – LEARNING DISABILITY SPECIALIST - £16.84 PER HOUR + EXTENSIVE BENEFITS
Forest Care Selection is supporting a unique care provider that delivers a variety of residential care, supported living and wider support services to individuals with a Learning Disability. This unique provider is seeking a Community Team Leader to manage a team that delivers complex support to adults with learning disabilities within a community setting in a supported living capacity.
The Community Team Leader in Ross on Wye, Herefordshire will:
Provide leadership to a team of Support Workers.
Provide direct care and support.
Work closely with the senior management team.
Empower the people this innovative organisation supports to live the lives they want to lead.
Ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered.
The Community Team Leader in Ross on Wye, Herefordshire will need:
Level 3 Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.
Experience of working with individuals with a Learning Disability.
Experience in leading a care or support team.
Hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle.
