Forest Care Selection is working in partnership with a regional care provider, that operates residential services for clients with challenging behaviour and complex mental health conditions. They have an exciting new job opportunity for a Registered Manager, to manage their two small specialist nursing homes in Hove, East Sussex, which are located near each other.

The Registered Manager based in Hove, East Sussex, will:
• Oversee and deliver exceptional care to all residents within the home.
• Lead the staffing team within the home, making sure they are fully engaged and that their training is kept up to date.
• Make sure the home is running smoothly and deal with any day-to-day issues that may arise.
• Develop the service to achieve a good rating with the CQC.
• Oversee the running of this established service.
• Implement systems and procedures designed to achieve positive outcomes for individuals with complex mental health conditions.
• Oversee the financial management of the service.
• Liaise effectively with all external stakeholders.

Applicants wishing to apply for the Registered Manager position in Hove, East Sussex, must have excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and have a clear passion for providing exceptional care to the residents.

Previous experience in turnaround management is also essential, along with experience in managing a similar service with a strong understanding of supporting clients with complex mental health conditions. An NVQ Level 5 in health & social care is also required.
